Nicat Nusalov was born on November 11, 1990, in Baku. He graduated with honors in Architecture from Istanbul Technical University in 2013. In 2015, he founded Reflect Architects, a studio that provides comprehensive architectural services from concept to detailed design for public and private clients. He leads a multidisciplinary team working on projects in urban planning, public buildings, residential complexes, and cultural heritage sites, distinguished by functionality and contextual sensitivity. Among his notable works are the restoration of the Eastern Bazaar, the Karabakh Equestrian and Breeding Center, and the design of rural settlements in the Karabakh region.
